Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, change the day or time, then please contact our reception who will be happy to help.

We ask patients to provide 24 hours notice and 48 hours notice regarding hygienist appointments.

Please note that if this doesn’t happen or you miss the appointment we reserve the right to charge for the wasted surgery time. NHS appointments cannot be charged so failure to cancel or give sufficient notice of cancellation may result in de-registration from our NHS list.

We have a 24hour answer machine so messages can be left when we are closed or during busy periods.
