Practice Fail to Attend and Cancellation Policy:
If you fail to attend more than 2 dental appointments or short notice cancel within 24 hours, we will no longer be able to see you under the NHS. Please give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel an appointment.
Hygienist appointments require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or change. Please note that any appointment missed or cancelled within the specified time may be liable for a charge.
